  4. My husband and I bought tickets for the baths this morning from our hotel, Buddha Bar, walked to and arrived at the baths by 6.30am. We attended the ticket booth and weren’t greeted as the male was not friendly at all. He then proceeded to tell me that our tickets were only for entry from 9.00am. We were not told this by the hotel and his only option to us was to buy two more tickets (we had very little money and no credit cards on as we were advised not to bring valuables). If there was a difference in entry cost I offered to pay that with my limited funds but he rejected that idea. We were so early it would not have mattered if he let us enter. If you are going to have a person on your front counter I would suggest that they are interested in giving good customer service, or some service at all. We walked back to our hotel and got a refund and told them how unhappy we were. Overall not a good experience. We travelled halfway around the world to be made to feel like a piece dirt and you need to know this……
