Help Desk in Gellert Spa

The Help Desk is a priority check-in point for guests who have pre-booked bath tickets. It means a fast track entry service, so if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the Help Desk with your printed email confirmation.

After check-in your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).

All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed.

Book your massage now and secure your preferred massage hours on the following page: Massages in Gellert Spa

How to find the Help Desk of the fast track entries and online reservations?

The Help Desk (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

Opening hours of the Help Desk

9 am – 6 pm every day. Your ticket is valid from 6 am to 8 pm for the requested date. You can pick up your ticket in advance, 1 day earlier if needed, if you wish to visit the bath in the early hours before 9 am, to make good use of your full day ticket to the bath.

  1. Hi,

Please help. I was at the Spa on Sat 25 November and 3 girls had Thai massage in the Thai massage center upstairs, booked at 2.30pm under the name of Charlotte.

2 of my friends paid with cash, and I paid with my bank card (it should have been just for 1 massage) however, I’ve just checked my bank account and my card has been charged for 3 massages. So we have been charged twice for 2 massages! Please can you organise a refund. Telephone no. is UK +44 7976 606 227 to discuss.

  2. Hi I previous paid and put through a time request for my massage for two with fast track tickets and a cabin but I have not received an email or anything confirming my order with exact times so I do not have any reference number. The booking is for Sunday so I’m quite keen to find out what is going on.

Please get in contact with me ASAP.

    Thank you!

  5. Hello, what’s the difference between the Lavender dream massage and the royal thermal massage, as in in the massage types? the royal says it uses a swedish style technique. what type of massage is the Lavender one?

Also, some of the massage packages come with “fast track tickets” and some with “bath tickets”. what’s the difference? do both of them mean one gets to use the spa/pools for the rest of the day as part of the package?

thanks in advance for your help.

    Martin

    • Hello Martin,
the royal thermal massage is a deep tissue massage and the Levander treatment is a gentle, relaxing massage with body scrub.
All of our online tickets are fast track entry tickets.
Hope we can welcome you at Gellert Spa!

  6. Hi,

I and my friend read from another page that you have vinotherapy – bath in red wine. Do you still have this option?

    Jelda

    • Dear Jelda,
yes, it is available in Gellert Spa, but unfortunately cannot be booked online, only on the spot. Thank you for your understanding.
