Help Desk in Gellert Spa

The Help Desk is a priority check-in point for guests who have pre-booked bath tickets. It means a fast track entry service, so if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the Help Desk with your printed email confirmation.

After check-in your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).

All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed.

How to find the Help Desk of the fast track entries and online reservations?

The Help Desk (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

    I have tried several times to book a thermal massage package for 2 with the bath ticket and cabin, but it will not ever load the pay page and says there has been an error before I even try to pay. I was hoping to book a double 45-min thermal massage for Sept. 16 and would appreciate knowing how to fix this problem.

  4. Hello, we are 2 persons coming to stay at the Gellert Hotel 14.-18. October.
    During our visit we want to have 1-2 days in the spa including 1-2 treatments each.
    The hotel website informs that the 1. visit to the baths is for free for hotel guests, and thereafter
    50% reduction.
    How should we book massages/treatments online in advance and get the reductions / avoid paying for bath?
    We do not need cabins either.

      unfortunately the hotel discount deal does not apply to online reservations. Thank you for your understanding.

      • Thanks for replying. Do you mean that we should book massages when we have arrived? But I read that there might not be availabilities. Or what is the best way to do it?

          the online massage packages already include a full price bath entry. If you do not wish to purchase bath entry (as you have a free one from he hotel), you will need to buy the massage at the cashier.

  5. Hello. I want to know if in 13th october is necessary book a entrance for two people or i can do a tickets in hotel.
    Can i know what is the price with cabine for two people?
    Another information please: the cabine or comune locker room, have a hairdryer?
