Help Desk in Gellert Spa

The Help Desk is a priority check-in point for guests who have pre-booked bath tickets. It means a fast track entry service, so if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the Help Desk with your printed email confirmation.

After check-in your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).

All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed.

How to find the Help Desk of the fast track entries and online reservations?

The Help Desk (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

    I was on the SPA last friday (12Apr). My card was used twice because the lady in the reception thought it didn’t work at the first time. Can you send me an email so that I can send you more information for you to confirm and return the money into my account?

    • Dear Ana,
      yes, Gellert Spa will be open during the whole Easter weekend as usual: from 6am to 8pm.
      Unfortunately massages are for adult guests only (18+). Thank you for your understanding.

  3. Hello, I was at the spa on Tuesday. I accidentally left my black swimmer top in the changing room. Would I be able to come tomorrow to pick it up in the lost and found?

  4. Can tickets be purchased at the door upon arrival? I’m not sure which day we will be arriving.

    • Dear Theresa,
      it is possible to buy entries upon arrival, but we recommend the online bookings, so you will be able to skip the main queue and check in at our HelpDesk. You can also book online on the same day, Hope we can welcome you at Gellert Spa!

    I bought online tickets but I wish to go earlier to avoid the crowds. Is it possible to go before 9am?

      check in with online bought tickets is from 9am only, as you accepted it during the booking.

    On 19th April I booked Double Harmony Massage 60 mins, I received the payment confirmation, the receipt ref 3490-7280-8313-5605 however I haven’t received any email confirmation from you (I checked SPAM, nothing there). Could you please let me know if the booking came thru?
