Help Desk in Gellert Spa

The Help Desk is a priority check-in point for guests who have pre-booked bath tickets. It means a fast track entry service, so if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the Help Desk with your printed email confirmation.

After check-in your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).

All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed.

How to find the Help Desk of the fast track entries and online reservations?

The Help Desk (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

9 am – 6 pm every day. Your ticket is valid from 9 am to 8 pm for the requested date.

    I have booked a visit to Gellert on May 25th, I can see that for prebook tickets, I have to go to the ticket office from 9 am. My question is, if I arrive earlier than 9, can I still get in the spa? How?



    • Hello Sandra,

      as per the website, the terms and conditions, and the booking form, check in with online bought tickets is between 9am and 6pm.

      Should you wish to arrive earlier than 9am, you need to buy the tickets on the spot.

    I would like check for the visitor short tour, how long can we stay around the bath?

    • Dear Zahira,
      The visitor ticket includes only a 15-20 min guided walk in the building but unfortunately, you can not enter the pool area with a visitor ticket. The visitor ticket can be booked on the spot.

      yes, we have available 45 min double appointments for Friday.
      Please book online, as the massages are normally booked up in advance.

  4. Hi good morning I would like to know if I can do a reservation for a private bath for today or tomorrow!? Becouse in the web site it saids that we have to do it whit 3 days ahead. I’m on vacation and I’m leaving on Friday so can I still do it? Thank you

  5. What pools are wheelchair accessible with pool lifts in and out?

    • Dear Andrew,

      Gellert Spa’s indoor pool area is fully accesible for Guests with wheelchairs. The swimming pool, and also the 38 and 40 Celsius temperature pools have lifts on their sides.

      Please kindly note that tickets with cabin are recommended for wheelchair users, as the lockers are in a non-accessible area of the Spa.
