Help Desk in Gellert Spa

The Help Desk is a priority check-in point for guests who have pre-booked bath tickets. It means a fast track entry service, so if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the Help Desk with your printed email confirmation.

After check-in your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).

All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed.

How to find the Help Desk of the fast track entries and online reservations?

The Help Desk (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

    I just had a question about what time my massage is booked.
    My email confirmation states that the ‘hour planned’ is 3:00 PM. But if I look at massage hours, it states 2.25 p.m. So what time is it exactly?

      your requested massage hour was 3 pm, and we have managed to book you the massage at 2.25 pm. So the massage will start at 2.25 pm. If you wish to change it, please let us know.

    I hae already booked entrance för 4 persons via Booking.com but would like to add 2 Couple Thermal massage. Can I book only the massages through you website directly?

      unfortunately, we are only able to book massages if you have bought your entry tickets on our website.

    There is a group of 7 people wishing to use the thermal baths/swimming pool on Saturday 28th September and was wondering whether we can just turn up and pay on the day or is it booking only?

    • Hello Rob,
      bath tickets are available on the spot, however, we recommend you book online so you can skip the main queue and check-in at our HelpDesk with your online, Fast Track entries. If you wish to have massages as we we strongly recommend the online bookings a few days in advance.

    We will book online tickets with cabin – how big is the luggage storage? Will it fit an airline cabin bag as we will be arriving straight from the airport?

    • Hello Char,
      we suggest the tickets with cabins for you.
      The cabin is like a tiny room, or cubicle, which can store a standard check-in suitcase easily.
      The cabin size is approx. that of a dressing room in a clothes shop, so you can leave there the 20 kg suitcase as well ( if it is a regular size) along with your jackets etc.

      The door of the cabin has a unique chip code lock, which opens and closes with a special waterproof bracelet: in fact, with the chip incorporated in the wristband bath entry provided at the bath. Please make sure that your door is locked with the silicon wristband before leaving the cabin. As you are wearing the band all the times, it is quite secure if you make sure that the door is not left open.
      Please note though that the bath offers safe boxes (mini lockers) so if you have any valuable items we suggest booking one of the safety – mini – lockers in addition, as a safety precaution.

      The size of the normal locker is 120x30x65 cm (1200 x 300 x 650 mm)., so it would be too small for your bags.
      The lockers are also opened and closed by your wristband.

  5. I have booked the tickets and paid the amount online . I haven’t received any msg of the booking from gallery spa . I have received only the invoice

  6. We are travelling and would like to book our tickets online, however we don’t have access to a printer – is confirmation email shown on the mobile phone acceptable?
