Since 2019 Jan 1 we can only make massage reservations for visitors who purchase their online tickets and massages as a single package. Unfortunately we cannot book in guests who already have a ticket, e.g. a complimentary ticket as part of their hotel package.
We would recommend using your complimentary bath ticket in the bath that has already been pre-booked for you, and visit the bath on another day with a different ticket & massage combination, or another famous thermal bath in Budapest where you can enjoy a massage treatment if you buy the entry combined with the massage.
For instance, if you already have a ticket to Gellert Spa (as part of your Gellert Hotel package) you may wish to explore Szechenyi Spa Baths and purchase a ticket & massage package there.
Baths in Budapest have all a unique characteristic, it is worth exploring more of the hot spring baths for their unique history, special architecture, design and beauty and also for the relaxing treatments you may enjoy during your Budapest stay.
Art Nouveau, Medieval, Baroque Revival, Classicism are some of the architectural styles featured in Budapest baths. Some have 16th century smallish octagonal baths, others have painted windows with beautiful lights entering the building. We would kindly encourage guests to make more of their Budapest holiday by visiting more baths if the time allows.
Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the recent change in policy regarding online bookings of massage treatments.
