  1. Hi! We want to book 4 tickets for 30th December but in the website appears unavailable. Is it correct?

      Thank you for your question.

      Our website is available, however, booking of Fast Track Entry Tickets during the upcoming Festive Season (between 24th Dec, 2019 and 7th Jan, 2020) is closed down due to a managerial decision. We kindly suggest that you go to the bath early on the chosen day to make sure that you will have the 4 tickets because they will be sold on first-come-fist-served basis.

  2. Hi there Does the price of the ticket include towels please or is it just for entry to the bath? Do we have to bring our own towels? Thank you

      Thank you for your question.

      The Fast Track Entry Ticket does not include the towel, however, there is a towel rental service available at the spa which is HUF 2,000 (deposit HUF 2,000). On returning the towels, you will get back the full amount of the deposit. Regardless, you can bring your own towel, as you wish.

    Hi,

    I booked a massage and spa ticket, but it wanted me to sign in with Paypal, i placed a wrong email address as i interchanged the 2 numbers, i paid for the spa already and got a confirmation from paypal with the transaction number and all but i did not get any tickets since the email i placed is wrong. How can i get my tickets? 🙁 please help me, thank you

      Btw, The tickets i booked was for the 8th of December massage time of 16:00. Double Royal Thermal Massage

      thank you for letting us know. The confirmation email of your thermal bath products (which is basically the same as your ticket) was already automatically sent to you, to the email address you have provided: please make sure to check the spam folder in case it ended up there. At any rate, we have manually resent it again. Please let us know if there should be any further inconvenience, or if you wish to get the ticket sent to a different email address too.

    • Hello Janki, 2020 rates are not bookable on our website yet. Please check back in January to place your booking!
