Towel rental is available in Gellert Baths, there are often queues building up at the Rental Room (please see on bath map). Please note that the fast track entrance is only for the bath entry, and will not entitle you to have a quicker access to rentals or services.
Therefore, we strongly recommend bringing your own towel to avoid some unnecessary inconvenience. The towels can be rented with a deposit of HUF 2,000 and a towel rental fee of HUF 1,000 (cash only, both).
I would like to know if, having a Budapest Card, can I select its discount when booking the tickets on line? Or the Budapest Card discount can be only used when buying the tickets at the cashier?
I would like to book «Gellert Spa Ticket and Cabin » or «Gellert Spa Ticket and Locker ». What is the difference between Cabin and Locker ? Is there a locker in the cabin in order to store our clothes and personal belongings ?
Moreover, we are 2 adults and 2 children (15 and 11 years old). Is the Gellert Spa authorized for the children ? Is it the same entry fee for adults and children ?
Is the Gellert Spa crowded in August ? Especially in the evening (17 :00 pm) ? Is there a long wait to buy tickets on the spot ?

Lockers are smallish boxes with a lock on them (like the ones at train stations). The size of one is 120x30x65 cm (1200 x 300 x 650 mm).
Cabins, on the other hand, are like changing rooms (but smaller ones) combined with storage facilities. In a cabin, changing privately AND storing your belongings in a safe place can happen at the same time and in the same place.
Cabins can accommodate one person, so if you are a couple, part of a small group or a family it might seem a bit tight, but you can take turns in getting changed.
Children over 14 are welcome to the Spa, but for kids under 14 years of age the pools are not recommended. Should the parents decide to visit Gellert Spa despite this, families may arrive with children at their own responsibility. http://gellertspa.com/children-gellert-spa
There is no children Ticket, unfortunately, only full price Ticket.
Gellert Spa is very busy during the year, especially in August, but we cannot predict when it gets busier or less busy, and also cannot predict the waiting time at the cashiers, thank you for your understanding. If you want to make sure to get in faster, we would recommend the online Ticket option.
