Gellert Spa Bath – Outdoor Pool
Kindly note that the outdoor pool at Gellert Spa & Thermal Bath—formerly the iconic wave pool featuring not only Budapest’s or Europe’s, but the world’s first artificial wave machine from 1927—has a gradually deepening design, ranging from shallow areas that may be suitable for younger visitors, to significantly deeper sections on the opposite end. – Temperature: 26°C, Water depth: 0.40 m – 2.75 m.
While the outdoor pool is typically open from the end of May through September, it may occasionally require maintenance on short notice. For this reason, we strongly recommend checking availability on the day of your visit, either at the entrance or with staff on site, as access to this pool cannot always be guaranteed.

Hello. We are wanting to book spa plus a 20 minute massage on Sunday, March 17th for 8 people. We will arrive about 2 p.m. Are we guaranteed to all get a massage if arriving that late in the day? Thank you.

Massage appointments are subject to availability. Once you make the payment, we will book you in for a treatment, which is the closest to your preferred hours.
Please note that we can only book a massage after payment has taken place as massage hours are limited. Once payment has come through, as pointed out earlier, we will strive to book you in closest to your preferred massage hours. If we cannot offer a suitable time for you, the price of the massage will be refunded.

Apart from your massage hours, you can visit the bath before or after your massage treatment too (the tickets are for the whole day in fact, for the indoor and outdoor pools and facilities). Please note that we kindly ask guests to arrive minimum 1 hour before the massage begins to be ready for the massage.

Request for internship – Portugal

I am contacting you from Portugal. We are a university and we train thermal technicians. In the last year of their course, these technicians have to undertake a 3-month internship in spa or termal facilities.
We would like to know if they could host two young adults, Thermal Technicians, between March 1, 2019 and May 31, 2019. The internship will be totally free for your organization, they will have an ERASMUS + internship and insurance for all situations.
