Hi – i brought tickets through Tiqets for a spa visit and massage for the 3rd Feb. When we got to the spa the reception told us that as we had booed the day before all of the massages had been booked and our times were unavailable. We were able to book one but not the other. The receptionist said that we would be eligible for a refund for the massage my husband couldn’t have….i have contacted Tiqet who will take no responsibility and can not refund as the ticket had been used. Can you help please?
