Hello Salim, unfortunately AmEx is not a card you can use for card payment. Please contact us via email for a fast reply when inquiring about massage treatments. Once you choose the massage treatment on the website, please finalise your booking online by filling out the booking form and after accepting the T&C making a pre-payment (only prepaid massages are booked).
The calendar of massage reservations is updated on a first come first served basis, but the actual hours are only sent approx. 1 week before the day of visit. We will do our best to book your guests in to the massage hours planned (or closest to the preferred starting hours). Hope this helps.

thank you for your booking. Please check your auto confirmation (with all the details) in your spam folder, we received it with your email address too, correctly added, almost instantly.
Please note that massage hours submitted during out of office hours, after 6pm (such as yours) will be confirmed the following day asap, normally until 11 am (local time Budapest).
Since your reservation is for tomorrow, and your preferred hours are at 11 am, we may not have a chance to provide you with the ideal hours for the treatment in such short notice (many massage times have already been booked up leaving very few choices). Therefore, we would suggest calling our help desk early (as detailed in your confirmation), between 9-9.30 am, and discussing the remaining slots. If you plan to spend a long day in the spa, you may check in personally after 9 am and discuss the options on the spot, to get a chance for arranging a time that you can accept for your massage.
We will send you the final confirmation tomorrow, while keeping in touch about your status with the help desk.

I have called the spa, as I thought they could help me, and they make a reservation for 10:35 am, advising they do not have any other times.
I wouldn’t be able to go in it I do not have a ticket. Do you manage any other massage times? How can we cancel those or change it?
