The confirmation email of your thermal bath products (which is basically the same as your ticket) was already automatically sent to you, to the email address you have provided in the booking form: please make sure to check the spam folder in case it ended up there. At any rate, we have manually resent it again. Please let us know if there should be any further inconvenience, or if you wish to get the ticket sent to a different email address too.

yes, the “Orange Joy” is an aroma which is an option you can choose if you book the Harmony Massage (45min or 60min) in Gellert Spa & Bath.

We are staying at danubius gellert in August. Do we have to book the gellert spa in advance or can we book through the hotel when we are there?

if you wish to have massages as well, we would recommend you to book as early as you can, because the massage hours are limited and often get booked up days in advance.
