That confirmation email is your eTicket, so please, show it on your mobile phone at the check-in. Please check in 1 hour before the massage hour, so that you can be ready in swimwear by the time the massage hour begins. Have a lovely time in the Spa!

Is use of a towel included with admission, or do we bring our own towels?

unfortunately the towel is not included in the Bath ticket. You can rent towels on the spot, please, find the prices below:
Simple Bath Sheet: HUF 500 (deposit HUF 1,000)
Towel (a bit smaller, but thicker and fluffier than the bath sheet): HUF 1,000 (deposit HUF 2,000)
Bathrobe: HUF 2,500 (deposit HUF 5,000)

the thermal pools are not recommend for kids under 14 years of age, but if the parents decide to come anyway at their own responsibility, they can visit the spa facilities with the children. Please note that there are no child tickets on sale to the spa, children visitors will be charged adult tickets. Thank you for your understanding.
