The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

Here you can choose in the row of “How many types of Services? 2 different types”, then use the scroll down box to pick the Spa Tickets, and then below the Private Bath.

I would like to book a couples 50 min massage with bath and cabin. It says online it is cheaper to book together but the prices are all the same, how do I get the package?

for example, the 50 min Harmony Massage with 1 entry ticket costs EUR 67 for 1 guest, but for 2 people the 2* Harmony Massage 50 min package costs EUR 123
(so there is EUR 11 EUR discount). If you are looking for the couple’s deals you can choose any massage, where the package name starts with 2*

please check your hotel confirmation, as some packages are with tickets included. If you have entry tickets included, there is no need to purchase it again.
