The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

Hello, what’s the difference between the Lavender dream massage and the royal thermal massage, as in in the massage types? the royal says it uses a swedish style technique. what type of massage is the Lavender one?
Also, some of the massage packages come with “fast track tickets” and some with “bath tickets”. what’s the difference? do both of them mean one gets to use the spa/pools for the rest of the day as part of the package?

the royal thermal massage is a deep tissue massage and the Levander treatment is a gentle, relaxing massage with body scrub.
All of our online tickets are fast track entry tickets.

Hi I previous paid and put through a time request for my massage for two with fast track tickets and a cabin but I have not received an email or anything confirming my order with exact times so I do not have any reference number. Please help. I was at the Spa on Sat 25 November and 3 girls had Thai massage in the Thai massage center upstairs, booked at 2.30pm under the name of Charlotte.
2 of my friends paid with cash, and I paid with my bank card (it should have been just for 1 massage) however, I’ve just checked my bank account and my card has been charged for 3 massages.
