The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

I will be in Budapest from the 6th-10th of November and was looking to spend sometime at the baths. I am traveling with a group of four. One of the individuals in my group is extremely body concious and would by no means be willing to go into the baths with strangers. With that being said, would someone please inform me as to how much I would be pay to get a private bath.

Hi. I would like to ask what does the visitor ticket and guided tour in Gellert spa include? do we have to dress with swimwear during this tour?

The price of a visitor ticket is 2,000 HUF and is valid for a guided tour at 11 am and 3 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The guided tour is in English language and you can enter the Spa area in Gellert Spa, which is one of the most famous thermal spa baths in Europe, and one of the leading natural hot spring spa baths in Budapest.
As there is not a minimum number of participants needed, you can buy the visitor tickets on the spot of Gellert Spa (at the information desk), that is you do not need to book the ticket in advance. You do not need to change into swimwear as with this type of ticket you are not entitled to use the pools.
Hello, I’ve just paid for 2 tickets, cabines & massages for 23 of October, and received a letter with approval of payment to the email address, but i did not get any tickets to my mail, how should I proceed when I come on the 23 of October to Gellert? What should I show to be eligible to enter?
