  1. Hello, I’ve just purchased 2 tickets for October 5th, payed via PayPal. I wanted to check if the booking was made effective and I would like to know if I should receive any kind of printable/electronic ticket or just my name, ID, and paypal confirmation by mail are needed to enter on the selected date. We are 2 persons but I just informed my name. Is it OK? Thanks!

    • Hello Pablo,
thank you for letting us know. The confirmation email of your thermal bath products (which is basically the same as your e-ticket) was already automatically sent to you 20 hours ago on Sunday, to the email address you have provided in the booking form: please make sure to check the spam folder maybe it ended up there. Just to make sure, we have manually resent it again. Please contact us if there should be any further issues, or if you wish to get the ticket forwarded to an alternative email address too.

Enjoy the hot spring spas in the city of Budapest!

  2. Hello,
We’re 23 people coming in Budapest from the Thursday this week (the 10th) until Sonday.
We’re interested to come in your Gellert baths on Friday the 11th of October from 16.00 pm.
Do you have special offers for groups ?
Is it possible to have tickets valid for 2 or 3 hours only ?
    Thanks
    Best regards

  3. Is it possible to make an appointment for 11/02/2019 for a massage and spa for 2 persons at 1500? Thanks

    • Dear Terrie,
unfortunately, all of the massage appointments are sold out for today. Of course, it is always worth to ask on the spot, as there might be some free places (in case of cancellations, etc).
      Enjoy your day.
