  1. Hi, I’ve booked two tickets and it looks like I’ve booked two cabins? Can I get credit on one as there are only two people coming and are happy to share one cabin..

      I’m afraid there is no plain ticket (without either a locker or cabin) in Gellert Spa. Thank you for your understanding.

  2. Hello. I’m trying to book for two people Tickets and Cabin with my Revolut account in Euros. It is always asking me to check the billing adress although it is tottaly fine and I’ve done numerous online payements without any sort of problem. Is there something wrong?

      we are sorry to hear about the problems.

      The booking forms are working perfectly. Have you perhaps tried not to use symbols or any signs?

      • I keep having the same problem, the message is: Check the billing address for your card and try again.

        It mentions the adress is wrong and an invalid postcode. I live in the UK, is this sort of problems usual for people in the UK?

          Just to let you know that it seems that I able to pay with my british account in pounds. For some reason, I was unable to do so with my Revolut account.

    Hello, I have just booked and paid for a 60 minute massage inc ticket & cabin on one transaction and then a further transaction for just a ticket & cabin for my husband and I (31st March, 11am) however I have not received any confirmation emails. I can see on your website that we need to present these to the reception. Please can you confirm our booking and send confirmation emails.

    I am trying to reserve A Double Harmony massage 2 GS ticks and 2 cabins for 169Eur. Date 18 Marc 19. the massage will be at 1400hours.

    I try to pay but it comes with and error.
