Hello, we were at Gellert Spa today and we were disgusted that we had to leave the spa eight o’clock, although it was only written that they were open until 22:00. The toilets were also locked, and cold water flowed in the showers. How can I claim a purchased entrance to the spa? Thank you.

We would like to kindly inform you, that Gellert Spa, unlike Szechenyi Baths, closes at 8 pm every day of the week (except for the Christmas holidays or occasionally on other days), and guests are kindly asked to leave all pools by 19.45 pm. Szechenyi Baths, on the other hand, closes at 10 pm.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you mentioned, namely that some facilities were not properly functional. As the bath is visited by thousands of guests on a given day, some of the frequently used facilities might get out of order, but maintenance works are aimed to be prompt, although there may need some time to sort them out. Thank you for your instant feedback and reporting the temporary technical problems. It is most helpful. We hope to welcome you back with improved services, and once again, we are sorry that you expected Gellert Spa to be open longer than the official opening hours.
