      • Hi there . Could you please tell me if the Israeli vaccination is accepted ( Pfizer vaccine 3 times)
        Thanks!

        • Hello Brad,

  3. Hi, I’ve tried emailing you about a group booking previously.
I’m wondering can I book the baths for a group of 12 on 12th February?

  4. We love thermal spas and have been to many in the world and this is the WORST experience ever.
    1. The changing area is a huge mess and extremely unhygienic. This is unacceptable especially in Covid-19 period.
    1) First after each guest using the storage room, nobody came to clean the storage room. They acclaimed to clean every day, meaning ONCE every day?? There is huge risk of infection of Covid-19.
    2) There is no separation of men and women! We all have to squeeze into small cabins on the same floor where are not enough. (there are plenty of changing cabins on the floor downstairs which are empty but the storage room are one floor above. Very Disorganised space)
    3) It’s the first SPA that the entrance ticket (which is not cheap at all) doesn’t not include towel and slippers, you have to buy separately.
    4) The result of that people don’t have shoes for changing and wearing dirty shoes to the changing room) plus the small changing area is that the floor becomes disgustingly muddy with dirty water mixed with dirty shoes coming directly from outside.
    5) The temperature of outdoor pool is only 36 degrees and feels like 20+ degrees in winter. The indoor swimming pool is only 20 degrees and feels really cold. Most people squeeze in the only comfortable small indoor pool. Not such a good idea during Covid-19?
    2. In one word, huge disappointment. Try other bath you may get better luck.
    3. We hope the owner can make some efforts to improve the areas mentioned above to make its service matching the beautiful historic building.

  5. Hello
Are vaccinated tourists from Israel allowed into the spa?
    Thanks

    • Dear Merav,
For Gellert and for Szechenyi Spa Baths entry requirements are the same:

EU or International Covid Passport or proof Vaccination over 16 of age. They do have an expiration date, so please make sure that your document is valid. It does not matter how many jabs you have had if the document is valid, you can enter.

If you have official proof of recovery from Covid (EU recovery pass) it is also accepted

Please note, that no PCR tests are accepted.

      Enjoy your stay in Budapest!
