If there is no deposit service and the cabin could contain the luggage, is a there a lift so that it is convenient to carry round. And also what is the benefit of booking in advance? you can store your luggage in the cabins.
The cabin is like a tiny room, or cubicle, which can store a standard check in suitcase easily. The door of the cabin has a unique chip code lock, which opens and closes with a special waterproof bracelet: in fact, with the chip incorporated in the wristband bath entry provided at the bath. Please make sure that your door is locked with the silicon wristband before leaving the cabin. As you are wearing the band all the times, it is quite secure if you make sure that the door is not left open. Please do make sure. Unfortunately, there is no insurance for the cabins, so if you wish to buy a safe, you need to pay for it at the cashier.
With the online Fast Track entry tickets, you can skip the main queue and check in at our HelpDesk.
If you are planning to have a massage treatment as well we strongly recommend the online bookings, as the massages are usually sold out in advance.
You can buy your Fast Track entry tickets on the day of the baths visit too.

Hi I’m considering making a booking for when I visit Budapest in August, are you required to wear swim caps? And is there a a locker in the private changing cubical ? Or can the cabin be locked to keep my clothes and items safe?

the swimming cap is obligatory only in the swimming pool, you can enter all the other pools without it (swimming caps can be bought at the baths for HUF 700).
You can buy tickets with lockers or with private cabins.
If you are choosing lockers, you can change the in public dressing rooms and store your belongings in the locker.

I have a group of 12 that is looking forward to visiting your wonderful bathhouse.
Most of the party wants to book various massage treatments. As part of the experience.
My question is do you offer group discounts so that each member can book and reserve online but enter a group code so you know we are all together?
We are planning on 5/26/2017 at 11:30am to arrive, but can schedule the treatments as they are available.

At the moment, there are available massage appointments for your date.
(Just for your information, if there are no suitable appointments for you, we can issue a refund).
We suggest you book in advance, as the massage appointments are subject to availability.

I would like to made a reservation for 4 person ( 2 couples ) for next SATURDAY 29th of APRIL in the afternoon. We would like to book a massage of 50 minutes, a private cabin to keep our things and change our clothes , towels and also has the opportunity to take a BATH .

I can confirm that there are massage appointments available on the day of your planned visit. Appointments are subject to availability. Once you make the payment, we will book you in for a treatment, which is the closest to your preferred hours.
Please note that we can only book a massage after payment has taken place as massage hours are limited. Once payment has come through, as pointed out earlier, we will strive to book you in closest to your preferred massage hours. If we cannot offer a suitable time for you, the price of the massage will be refunded.
