My girlfriend and I went to your spa in Budapest this afternoon, however the visit was cut short.
We had lost each other after I had returned to the change rooms, and my girlfriend was told to leave by staff as she had tried to enter the change rooms to find me.
After we met each other at the exit, my girlfriend was not allowed back in, despite only paying for the ticket very soon before. Staff repeatedly told her that there was nothing that they could do.
Quite disappointed with the way we had been treated, especially after hearing so many wonderful things about Gellert Spa.

I am thinking of booking a fast track ticket with private cabin, but am not sure if towels are included in the price. If not, can you tell me what the additional charge would be.

unfortunately, the towels are not included in the price.
Although towel rental is available in Gellert Baths, there are often queues building up at the Rental Room. Please note that the fast track entrance is only for the bath entry, and will not entitle you to have a quicker access to rentals or services.
Therefore, we strongly recommend bringing your own towel to avoid some unnecessary inconvenience. The towels can be rented with a deposit of HUF 2,000, and a towel rental fee of HUF 1,000 (cash only, both).
Flip-flops are warmly recommended to be brought to the bath.
