Check in at Gellert Spa
The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.
Opening hours:
9 am – 7 pm every day.
Your ticket is valid from 9 am to 7 pm for the requested date (last entry 5.50pm)

Hi!I just purchased 2 tickets online but haven’t received a confirmation, only paypals receipt. Could you help me?
Dear Daniela,
we have sent you the confirmation again from our backup email address. Have a lovely time in the Spa!
My husband and I have booked a Private Entrance to Gellert Spa with 50 Minute Massage (SPAVIP) for Friday, June 16, 2017. We have not been given a time, and we wonder if we might have the massage at 9:30 or 10:00am?? We have a booking reference :BR-612015982
Please email us with your reply, thank you!
Dear Reginald,
it seems you have booked via another site, so our partner, Hungaria Concert will be in touch with you regarding the bath services you purchased.
Have a nice time in the baths.
Hello,
I am looking to book a private bath on Saturday for 2 people. How do I know/select the time to arrive?
Also is the sauna private and just for our use?
Thanks
Abbey
Hello Abbey,
there are available appointments for the next Saturday at Gellert Spa.
Please use the Massage/ Private Bath Hour Preferred field to give us your preferred starting hour. After the booking, you will receive the updated confirmation with the actual private bath starting hour.
You can use the heated cabin in the private-bath room as a sauna (max 55 degrees Celsius), and it will be private, just for you 2.
Hope we can welcome you at Gellert Spa!
Hello,
I am looking for information on the Art Nouveau fountain recently featured in GQ with Ryan Gosling. I am able to find photos of the sculpture and fountain, but I am not able to find any information on the artist or the name. Could you help me with that?
Thank you!
Dear Audrey,
the fountain is called Venus and Amor, and it was made by Adolf Huszár in 1918.
I hope I could help.
Thank you so much! This was extremely helpful.
Are Fridays quieter than Saturdays ? I’m visiting with 4 friends in August .
Hello Kelly,
sometimes the Saturdays are busier than the Fridays. As the baths are very popular during the summer months, you can expect a lot of guests in August.
Have a nice stay in Budapest!
Hi,
I would like to book in advance for my massage, but I don’t know how can I use my budapest card for discount. Please let me know for that.
Thanks,
FM.
Hello Farnia,
thank you for your email.
I am afraid, Budapest Cards cannot be used when booking online, you can only use your card when paying your massage/ticket on the spot of Gellert Spa.
I hope I could be of help.
So, can I book my massage with you and pay it when I come there?
Dear Farnia,
We are really sorry, but we can only book a massage after payment has taken place as massage hours are limited. Appointments are subject to availability. Once payment has come through, as pointed out earlier, we will strive to book you in closest to your preferred massage hours. If we cannot offer a suitable time for you, the price of the massage will be refunded.
