The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

Dear Yeliz, thank you for choosing Gellert Spa as a spa gift. You can make the reservation on their name / names, but please provide your own email address (if you want to keep the price hidden), plus also add in the comment box that you are intending to buy a “gift voucher”. Once you fill in the form and make the payment, first you will be sent an automatically generated email confirmation. You can ignore this, as the actual Gift Voucher will be sent to you separately, made manually. Please allow 72 hours for a gift certificate to be sent to you as a pdf attachment. Standard reservations, opposed to gift vouchers, are sent without attachments as the email is the digital voucher.

the renting prices are the following:
Simple Bath Sheet: HUF 500 (deposit HUF 1,000)
Towel (a bit smaller, but thicker and fluffier than the bath sheet): HUF 1,000 (deposit HUF 2,000)

We would like to book a couples massage on Tuesday, September 15th at 14:00 but we want to book for 2 hours instead of 3. Is this possible?
I wrote couples massage, but I meant to say couples bath. We do not need a massage.

thank you for your inquiry.
Unfortunately the private bath can be booked only for 3 hours. If you wish to stay only 2 hours, you can do that, but in this case you need to pay for the full time (€90 for 3 hours for 2 persons) too. Thank you for your understanding.

I am trying to book a ticket for the bath and I am a bit confused as it shows the timing of the massage. If I select the time the price does not change (remains 18EUR). Can you please tell me if the massage is included in the price?

Dear Chiara,
you need to fill in the Massage Hour part only if you wish to buy a massage as well. The price of €18 includes only the bath ticket, without any massage. Please find the massage options further down in the drop down menu of the booking form.
