The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

Yes, Gellert Spa will be open on Dec 30, with usual opening hours: from 6 am to 8 pm.
Please note that massages are only for bath guests with a valid bath entry for the same day visit.

Hi – we are planning to book a stay at your hotel for 19-21 December 2015 primarily to enjoy the spa facilities. I noted that under “family tickets” it says “children’s tickets” are no longer available – does that mean we have to pay adult prices for the children, or, that the spa facilities have converted to adult only facilities?
If children are still allowed, please can you describe what tickets for the spas would be most economical for us to buy for the dates mentioned – would be for my husband and myself and 3 children (ages 4, 8, and 11).

thank you for your inquiry. Yes, I can confirm that children are allowed inside the Spa, but please note that thermal water is not recommended for children under 14, although they can use the spa at their own responsibility.
There are no children tickets in the spa any more, only full price adult tickets.
