Check in at Gellert Spa
The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

Could you please tell me if there is any difference between Bath ticket with cabin in Gellert Baths in HUF and Full Day Bath Ticket & Private Cabin & Private Entrance in Euro, except for the currency?

Hello Karolina, apart from the euro / huf currency rate there are no differences between the two tickets (both are with a private cabin valid for a full day visit, and with a fast track private entrance procedure).
Please make sure to choose the right day for your visit (weekend or weekday, as weekday tickets are cheaper).
If you don’t want to have a private changing cabin, you can also buy a bath ticket with a locker and skip the line entry:

Hello, my sister and I would love to visit this wonderful spa on Feb. 12th. We are gonna purchase bath tickets online but have a couple questions. We were looking on a website that has services for Gellert Baths and we were wondering if you have the Chocolate Bath and Wine bath available that was listed on the site, if so we didn’t notice it on buying tickets online, would we need to purchase it when we arrive? Also, I noticed the 19 Euro is for a GS ticket and cabin, would you recommend buying the tickets for the spa when we arrive, we only would like the GS ticket and locker.

the treatments that you have mentioned are unfortunately not available for online booking, you can only buy them at the cashier of Gellert Spa. The same goes for tickets with locker: please buy them on the spot, as all the online tickets include a cabin instead of a locker.
Hello – is this the same for the salt chamber treatment and mud treatment? Do these not need to be booked in advance since I can’t find them on the list of options. Thanks.

There is no salt chamber in Gellert Spa. The mud treatment is available with a medical prescription only, therefore it cannot be booked online. Thank you for your understanding.
