The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

it is up to you whether you wish to book 3 single massages or 1 double (in the same room) and 1 single.
I would perhaps suggest to a double massage for you and your daughter.
Please note that your daugther needs to be at least 18 to get a massage in Gellert spa.

The Harmony Aroma Relax Massage is one of the most popular treatments in Gellert Spa. This is a calm, slow and relaxing full-body massage (the 60 min versions includes face, head and feet massage) using tender movements and warm aromatic oils that spoil both your body and soul.
The Royal Thermal Massage is a luxurious massage, based on Swedish style massage techniques. The massage therapist uses energetic and dynamic movements to help the tension in the muscles relax, and ease the pain of the body. Initially, the massage therapist checks the condition of the musculature, locates the painful points of the body, and applies a personalized treatment.
The Hungarian treatments are moderately strong massage treatments.

Hello, I have booked for 11am on Monday 9 April for the couples Hungarian Mud treatment at 166 euro. I have not yet had final confirmation despite several emails. I was told that the “Massage Hours: to be determined, closest to your preferred massage hours set at 11:00 – actual hours soon to be confirmed by our online coordinator. Please allow 1-3 hours by day time confirmations. Out of office hours bookings submitted after 6pm will be confirmed the following day until 11 am (local time Budapest). ”

If I book my 2 entry tickets is it possible on the day to upgrade the ticket to include a 60 minute massage (just pay on the day) we will be coming on 9th April. If this is not possible could we pop in on 8th April the day before and book the massages etc.

Massages are usually sell out before the actual date of visit, so I would suggest you to to buy massages online and in advance, if you already have a spa ticket.
