The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

I was at the spa 3/3-18, 2 people, we got a package that gave us a towel, flip flops, swimming hat, shampoo and a water. It was not possible to get massage with short notice booknig we were told, no problem. Yet we did pay allmost 40.000, this cannot be true when i look at the fees on this page? What have gone wrong?

We only would like to make use off the bath (no welness). Would it be recommended to make a reservation in advance? Our stay in Budapest will be from 07/05/2018 untill 10/05/2018. Or can we purchase tickets the day we would like to visit the bath?

you can also buy your tickets upon arrival. As there are often queues we recommend the online booking so you can skip the main queue and check in at our HelpDesk.

you could book 1 type of 20 min massage and one type of 45/60 min massage in the same transaction.
If you would like to book more different options you can submit the booking in more transactions.
Hi, I have a reservation for 3 nights at your hotel and would like to book a massage for me and my mom. I called couple times and was given the email address where to do so. Gellert.hostess@danubiushotels.com When I tried,several times actually, the address was not being recognized. When I try to book it on Gellert Spa website, it’s giving me only option with a spa entrance and a cabin. I don’t need to purchase a spa entrance, since I get one for free with my stay. Could you please send me a proper link to book a treatment?

I’m trying to book something for Dec 4 for 2 ladies, but there are so many options that I’m confused. We would like to come first thing in the morning (from river cruise ship), relax in the thermal pools and also have a 50-60-minute massage. I don’t see any massages in the morning and we have a tour in the afternoon.
Can you please advise what’s available and the cost?
