Check in at Gellert Spa
The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

yes, you can bring snacks or meals, but please note that no glass items are allowed inside the baths.
You can also find a buffet with snacks and simple meals.

We are 4 people (3 women, 1 man) who plan to visit your spa facility on the 17th of November. I’d like to inquire of the following:
– Do we have to pre-book our entry to the spa or can we just show up on the day?
– We are celebrating a birthday, would it be possible to organize some prosecco in the facility?
– We’d like to book a treatment (massage or body wrap etc) for the birthday person, is it possible for her to decide on the day what she wants to do or do we need to tell you in advance?

Spa entry tickets can be purchased on the spot too, but, as massages are usually sold out in advance, online booking is highly suggested.
I can confirm that there are massage appointments available on the day of your planned visit. Appointments are subject to availability. Once you make the payment, we will book you in for a treatment, which is the closest to your preferred hours.
Please note that we can only book a massage after payment has taken place as massage hours are limited. Once payment has come through, as pointed out earlier, we will strive to book you in closest to your preferred massage hours. If we cannot offer a suitable time for you, the price of the massage will be refunded.

Apart from your massage hours, you can visit the bath before or after your massage treatment too (the tickets are for the whole day in fact, for the indoor and outdoor pools and facilities). Please note that we kindly ask guests to arrive minimum 1 hour before the massage begins to be ready for the massage.

I bought tickets for the massage scheduled for the 4th November, and got a reply that I would recieve the final massage times 2-3 weeks in advance. I have yet to recieve any reply since the 27th September.
