Check in at Gellert Spa
The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

Small and bigger groups are equally welcome to Gellert spa, however, next year prices are not confirmed yet.

– is any shampoo/bath gel available?
– do I need to bring my own flip flop?
– do I need to wear a swimming cup?
– is it possible to, and if so, how do I book an entrance for two people with a shared cabin?
– how do I rent a towel?

swimming caps are required in the swimming pools (but not in the thermal pools).
Swimming caps can be bought inside the spa for appr HUF 1000. We recommend you bring your own towel and slippers, but you can rent towels with a deposit of HUF 2,000 and a towel rental fee of HUF 1,000 (cash only, both). Slippers are also available to buy for about HUF 2000.

All tickets are sold with a storage: cabin or locker. You can buy 1 ticket with cabin and 1 with locker if you wish to share the cabin.

We plan to visit you the 30th of november. I just wonder if you also have a gym or fitness center in your facilities? We are two persons – do we need to book entry for the spa before we arrive or can we just show up?

Unfortunately there is no fitness center in Gellert Spa.
You can buy the tickets at the cashiers too, but if you wish to skip the lines, we recommend to purchase your entries online in advance.
