The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).

After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).

All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?

The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

  1. Hello. I read a swim cap is obligatory in the indoor pools – would it be ok to have a cloth (textile) coverage on the hair, instead? I saw there are textile caps for sale on the sight, so I supposed any type of textile cover would work. Please, confirm.

    I´m comming with a group off 11 people on saturday the 27. of august. We will be at your bath at apx 14.30 an I will like to order massage an bath for 11 people. male.

    Shall og to the bath first an massage after or oppersite, what do you recorment ?

    • Dear Michael,
      Usually we recommend the use the bath first, and then have the massage, but it is up to you. The tickets are valid for the whole day, so you can enjoy the bath before and after your massage hours too.

  4. I try to book massage harmonie 70 minute for my hunsband and I for tomorrow the 26 of july a round 17h30 but it s not working. I can t fond any telephone Numbers toi know your avaibility. How Can I book ? I havé also à Budapest card for the entrance.

    I tried booking a massage for tomorrow, july 19th at 2 pm, but in my confirmation email it said I had booked it for july 19th 2017… I have already paid for the massage and the entrance to the bath. Is there any way to fix this?
