Check in at Gellert Spa
The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.
Opening hours:
9 am – 7 pm every day.
Your ticket is valid from 9 am to 7 pm for the requested date (last entry 5.50pm)

Hello,
Can I book a private cabin and fast check in for 2 persons but a 45 minute stronger massage for only one?
Tuesday 28th May, at 11.00
Dear Tom,
the booking can be made in 2 transactions.
Please book separately 2 packages: 1x the ticket and 1 x the massage package.
Hope we can welcome you at Gellért Spa!
Dear Spa team,
I am planning a visit to the Spa with my friends this Saturday and would like to book a Thermal massage.
However, before I do, could I ask you to let me know if there are essential oils in the products you use during this massage, and if yes, if they can be replaces with something that does not have essential oil in it?
thanks in advance for your reply,
Eleni
Dear Eleni,
thermal massages are performed with a thermal water-based massage cream without essential oils.
Hope we can welcome you at Gellert Spa!
Hello, I have a question!
We need to go to the train station right away, so I’d like to leave my luggage.
Do you have a place to leave? Or do I go into the locker?
Dear Lina,
you can leave your luggage in the cabin, so we would recommend you to book a ticket with cabin instead of a locker (which is too small to hold bigger bags).
Hi,
I cannot find how to book the Hungarian Mud treatment package for 2
can you explain me ho to do it?
Dear Phil,
the Hungarian Mud Treatment can be found in the booking form under “45/60min Gentle Massages”.
Hi, we are a family of 3 planning to visit Gellert Spa in the beginning of August. As we would like to opt for a cabin, we are interested in buying a family ticket. How many persons does 1 family ticket include? Thanks.
Dear Romina,
I’m afraid there is no family ticket in Gellert Spa. Thank you for your understanding.
Hi, I would like to ask if it is possible to storage bigger boot (luggage). Thank You
Hello Kamil,
lockers are smallish boxes with a lock on them (like the ones at train stations). The size of one is 120x30x65 cm (1200 x 300 x 650 mm).
Cabins, on the other hand, are like changing rooms (but smaller ones) combined with storage facilities. In a cabin, changing privately AND storing your belongings in a safe place can happen at the same time and in the same place.

Have a great time in Gellert Spa.
