The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

there are only full day bath tickets available.
We recommend you visit Gellert spa on a day when you have more time.

I have just booked and paid for a visit for 2 on 31/10/2019 but I have no confirmation email? I only have a paypal receipt? I have checked my spam folder and it isn’t in there.

The confirmation email of your thermal bath products (which is basically the same as your ticket) was already automatically sent to you, to the email address you have provided in the booking form: please make sure to check the spam folder in case it ended up there. At any rate, we have manually resent it again. Please let us know if there should be any further inconvenience, or if you wish to get the ticket sent to a different email address too.

I have not a Paypal Acount and also have not planned to a create one. It is any posibillety to pay with Credit Card only? When I booked via your webside, its seem only a PayPal account is avaiable?
I just paid with my credit card. When you click the Paypal/card option to pay it will take you to the paypal website to login, if you scroll down there is an option to pay with credit/debit card. It keeps you on the paypal website but you just input your payment details and it goes through without needing paypal.
Your receipt will be from paypal but your card payment will go through a normal
I would like to use the pools at 6am followed by a massage. Is that possible? I see that I need to check a box for checkin after 9am. Is that only for the massage?

the online purchased fast track tickets are only valid from 9am.
If you wish to visit the Baths before 9am, you can only purchase a ticket on the spot.
Please note that in either case, the earliest massage appointment is at 10am. Thank you for your understanding.
