The QR code reader self-check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets. It means a expedited entry service, so if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code reader with your printed email confirmation (or you might use it with a smartphone).
After check-in your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

I have two questions. First, is there a place to drop off actual luggage during the visit? (larger backpack?)
Second, I assume that the day pass means one visit and stay as long as you like rather than come and go as you like. Is that correct? Thanks!

We would recommend getting a cabin (changing cubicle) where you can get changed and store your belongings as well, and it will fit a large backpack. Unfortunately, entry tickets are single passes, once you entered the baths you cannot leave the building and go back later on with the same ticket.

Hi there. I would like to book tickets for entry and massages (45-60 min) for 4 people on Friday 10th January. Can you help – I can only seem to book for 1 single person on line.

Thank you for your comment.
“How Many Tickets?” box- you can type in any number you wish to book for (even 26 Guests or more). The default value is 1, but you can overwrite it by clicking in the box. With “Double” treatments, if you would like to book them for 4 people, please only write “2”, as “Double” massages are for two people, therefore for 4 people you only need 2 packages.

Hi, I´m going for my honeymonn and I wanted to book a 45 min massage with entry to the baths, I would probably go on the 16 o r 17 of february, I was trying to make the booking but I´m a little confused with the packages, could you tell me which one should I book?

Thank you for your comment. We would recommend booking “Double” massages, as these are held in the same room and at the same time for two people. You can either choose to have a gentle or a stronger massage as well. All of our massage tickets include entry to the Spa as well, and you can as long as you wish (before or after your massage appointment as well).

The Spa is open until 8 pm. The online fast track ticket sale has stopped until tomorrow, tickets will be available to buy on the spot.

I was wondering if “Double harmony massage 45m & 2 tickets & 2 GS Cabins” package is a package for a couple? And if I choose this option then should I write “1 package” in the following question?

Thank you for your comment. It is for 2 people, and the massage is held in the same room and at the same time, so it is definitely not just for couples. If you would like to have a “Double massage” (for 2 people), please only write 1 in the “How many packages?” section. If you would like to book it for 4 people, then it would be 2 (2 times 2).
