Hello, I’ve just purchased 2 tickets for October 5th, payed via PayPal. I wanted to check if the booking was made effective and I would like to know if I should receive any kind of printable/electronic ticket or just my name, ID, and paypal confirmation by mail are needed to enter on the selected date. We are 2 persons but I just informed my name. Is it OK? Thanks!
Hello Pablo,
thank you for letting us know. The confirmation email of your thermal bath products (which is basically the same as your e-ticket) was already automatically sent to you 20 hours ago on Sunday, to the email address you have provided in the booking form: please make sure to check the spam folder maybe it ended up there. Just to make sure, we have manually resent it again. Please contact us if there should be any further issues, or if you wish to get the ticket forwarded to an alternative email address too.
Enjoy the hot spring spas in the city of Budapest!
Hello,
We’re 23 people coming in Budapest from the Thursday this week (the 10th) until Sonday.
We’re interested to come in your Gellert baths on Friday the 11th of October from 16.00 pm.
Do you have special offers for groups ?
Is it possible to have tickets valid for 2 or 3 hours only ?
Thanks
Best regards
Dear Jean-Sebastien,
we will soon contact you via email.
Is it possible to make an appointment for 11/02/2019 for a massage and spa for 2 persons at 1500? Thanks
Dear Terrie,
unfortunately, all of the massage appointments are sold out for today. Of course, it is always worth to ask on the spot, as there might be some free places (in case of cancellations, etc).
Enjoy your day.
Hi
Enquiring about tickets for 5 of us on either Sunday 17th or Monday 18th November.
How long do you recommend for a visit and do you book by time slots?
Also do you need to bring towels or are the provided?
Thanks
Hi Becky,
Thank you for your inquiry. Gellért is a very popular spa and visiting on a Sunday might be busier than on a Monday. Also, weekday entry tickets cost a bit less than the weekend tickets. You can check and book the fast track tickets by clicking on this link: http://gellertspa.com/gellert-spa-thermal-bath-online-tickets.
Also, you can rent towels on the spot or you can bring your own. In case of renting, please be aware of the deposit which is given back upon leaving the spa. Further details can be checked out over here: http://gellertspa.com/towel-rental-gellert-spa
Have a wonderful bath experience in Budapest!
Hi,
I’m looking to book the Gellert Spa (baths and massage) on either the 1st or 2nd January 2020 but there are red dots on those dates! Is it all sold out?
Thanks
Hi Pina,
Thank you for your inquiry about services between Dec 24, 2019, and Jan 07, 2020 in Gellert Spa. Online booking is normally recommended to secure your appointments, however, during the Winter Festive Season (Christmas and New Year – Dec 24 – Jan 7) the Hungarian capital attracts half a million extra tourists, which makes online fast track tickets to Gellert Spa simply non-fast track. Hence the managerial decision was made that no fast track entries or cabins are sold during the festive days. Guests of day time visit will be checked in on a first-come-first-served basis. Unfortunately, we expect long queues due to the increased demand.
We wish you a wonderful start of 2020 at the Gellert Spa in Budapest!
