Tickets can be pre-booked. Please check the current prices here: Gellert Bath Prices. You can book your tickets online via our booking form on the left side.

Massage treatments are currently not available on our website

Massage Treatments are best to be booked in advance, as the available massages in Gellert Spa are sold out in advance (please note that massage is for bath guests only, who have a valid bath ticket). Same day massage therapies are very hard to get. Therefore to have a peace of mind, pick your ideal day and preferred massage hours and we will book you in the massage schedule. Online tickets are confirmed via email: please make sure you provide your email address correctly. The confirmation email is your Gellert Bath e-ticket, which will be followed by a second email with the QR code.

If you have a smartphone with wifi access, you can buy your ticket instantly.

Budapest other famous thermal bath is Szechenyi Bath. You can also reserve massage treatments and book tickets online in Szechenyi Spa Baths.

Visitor Ticket & Guided Tour in Gellert Spa

Visitor tickets are, unfortunately, currently not available. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Pre-Covid times – former – visitor tickets were for the price of HUF 3,000 per person, including a short, approx. 10-15 minutes tour (without guiding) in the Bath. Tours start every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 11am and 3pm. You don’t need to book you visitor ticket in advance, and there is no minimum group size for the tour.

Guided tours are not available at the moment. Formerly they could be booked in advance for larger groups.

  1. Hi Team,

we are 2 pax and would like to book for ‘massage & ticket’. However I’m confused for the reservation options, Does ‘double harmony massage + 2 tickets + 2 GC cabin’ mean that for 2 pax? If i choose this option then ‘Packages’ option will be 1?

  2. Hello,
Is it possible to book two different types of massages for two people together?
Also, could you please detail what the ticket and massage includes?

    Thanks!

    Hello!
I’m trying to book 8 tickets for the 1st of January, from 1530-1800. I can’t seem to be able to select the 1st of January, even though it says on our page that you are open. How can I book for the 1st?:)

    • Dear Sunniva,
Thank you for your inquiry about services between Dec 24, 2019, and Jan 7, 2020, in the baths.
Due to the high number of visitors during the festive winter days, the thermal baths’ managerial decision was made that no fast track entries or cabins (changing cubicles) are sold during these days, with the notable exception of the pre-NYE night party tickets, which will be bookable for December 30 as usual (in Szechenyi Baths http://szechenyispabaths.com/szechenyi-baths-new-year-bath-party/).

Guests of day time visit will be checked in on a first-come-first-served basis. As long queues are expected there may be some lines waiting in the cold. Please find more details, advice and other thermal bath alternatives on the following link: BathsBudapest.com/Dec

Thank you for your kind cooperation. Enjoy the thermal baths in winter Budapest and explore some more if it is not your first visit in the city.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    • Hello Sunniva,

      Thank you for your comment.

Please note that during the upcoming Festive Season (between 24th Dec, 2019 and 7th Jan, 2020) no Fast Track Entry Tickets can be purchased due to a managerial decision. Regardless, the baths will be open and we kindly suggest that you go there early to secure your tickets due to the outstandingly high demand and popularity of the bath. Tickets will be sold on first-come-first-served basis.

We wish you a wonderful rest of the evening!

  4. The security guards were bored. It was the first weekend of May 2010—a time when students at other universities were partying before finals.
This, however, was Patrick Henry College (PHC), the elite evangelical school better known as “God’s Harvard.” Here, in sleepy Purcellville, Virginia,
instead of police officers or rent-a-cops, the security guards were all upperclassmen. On a good Friday or Saturday night, they’d catch freshmen trying to
sneak back onto campus after an evening visiting the monuments in nearby Washington, D.C. Mostly, though, they just double-checked that all the doors were locked.

  6. Hi I can’t seem to book tickets for Christmas, I’ve clicked on tickets and also clicked on the link that was posted above. Any further help?

    • Hi Nicole,

Thank you for your inquiry about services between Dec 24, 2019, and Jan 07, 2020 in the baths. While we normally would recommend online bookings to secure your appointments or entries, during the Winter Festive Season (Christmas and New Year – Dec 24 – Jan 7) the city attracts half a million extra tourists, which makes online fast track tickets to Gellert Spa simply non-fast track, and ticket holders are often held back in the – otherwise peaceful and expectant – crowds gathering around the entrances. Hence the managerial decision was made that no fast track entries or cabins (changing cubicles) are sold during the festive days. Guests of day time visit will be checked in on a first-come-first-served basis. Unfortunately, we expect long queues due to the increased demand, even long lines in the cold. Please find more details, advice and other thermal bath alternatives on the following link: BathsBudapest.com/Dec
