Massage treatments are currently not available on our website
Massage Treatments are best to be booked in advance, as the available massages in Gellert Spa are sold out in advance (please note that massage is for bath guests only, who have a valid bath ticket). Same day massage therapies are very hard to get. Therefore to have a peace of mind, pick your ideal day and preferred massage hours and we will book you in the massage schedule. More info about massage treatments, aroma and VIP massages: Gellert Spa Bath Massage
Please note that massage treatments need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance, but bath tickets can be booked for the same day or next day too.
Online tickets are confirmed via email: please make sure you provide your email address correctly. The confirmation email is your Gellert Bath e-ticket, which will be followed by a second email with the QR code.
If you have a smartphone with wifi access, you can buy your ticket instantly.
Budapest other famous thermal bath is Szechenyi Bath. You can also reserve massage treatments and book tickets online in Szechenyi Spa Baths.

Visitor tickets are, unfortunately, currently not available. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Pre-Covid times – former – visitor tickets were for the price of HUF 3,000 per person, including a short, approx. 10-15 minutes tour (without guiding) in the Bath. Tours start every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 11am and 3pm. You don’t need to book you visitor ticket in advance, and there is no minimum group size for the tour.
Guided tours are not available at the moment. Formerly they could be booked in advance for larger groups.

Dear Sirs,
we are planning our visit in Budapest from 3rd to 7th january. I would like to know if it s possible to come just to have a massage while my husband will have the thermal experience ( unfortunately I had a surgery and I cannot have bath sauna and so on but I would love to have a massage). if yes could I know the prices only for massage?
thanks in advance
best regards
Marika
Dear Marika,
Thank you for your questions.
The answer is yes to your question: so while you are having a massage your husband can enjoy the bath facilities. We would like to kindly inform you that online booking is not possible during the Festive Season (from 24th, 2019 Dec to 7th Jan, 2020) due to a managerial decision. Guests of day time visit will be checked in on a first-come-first-served basis. Unfortunately, we expect long queues due to the increased demand, even long lines in the cold so it might be a great idea to go the bath early to secure your entry.

Have a great time in Budapest!

Is there any tickets available for the 27 or 28 december ?
Kindly
Dear Badr,
Thank you for your inquiry about services between Dec 24, 2019, and Jan 7, 2020 in the baths.
Due to the high number of visitors during the festive winter days, the thermal baths’ managerial decision was made that no fast track entries or cabins (changing cubicles) are sold during these days, with the notable exception of the pre-NYE night party tickets, which will be bookable for December 30 as usual (in Szechenyi Baths http://szechenyispabaths.com/szechenyi-baths-new-year-bath-party/).
Guests of day time visit will be checked in on a first-come-first-served basis. As long queues are expected there may be some lines waiting in the cold. Please find more details, advice and other thermal bath alternatives on the following link: BathsBudapest.com/Dec
Thank you for your kind cooperation. Enjoy the thermal baths in winter Budapest and explore some more if it is not your first visit in the city.

Hello Roubini,
Gellert Spa in unfortunately closed, at the moment the re-opening date is not confirmed. We suggest you visit a different baths such as Rudas or Szechenyi baths to experience the thermal waters in Budapest. Tickets are available on the spot upon arrival at both bathhouses.
Hi,
Do you have to wear your swimsuit during thai massage? as we don’t want to be laying down for 1 hour in wet clothes.
Thanks!
Hi Laina,
Thank you for your question.
During the traditional Thai massage the guests will be given to wear a pajama-like outfit. In case you wish to choose an oil Thai massage, a paper underwear will be given.
We wish you a great time at the spa in Budapest!

Enjoy your stay in Budapest city!

Hi,
I’m looking to book 4x adults for Sunday 27th February 2022, can you advise what we need to bring? For example do we need to bring our own towels, flip flops etc or is this included in the online price.
We are coming from the UK – do we need to have proof of covid vaccine/passport?
Thank you.
Hello Kelly, yes, vaccination proofs are required upon arrival.
