The QR code reader self-check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets. It means a expedited entry service, so if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code reader with your printed email confirmation (or you might use it with a smartphone).

After check-in your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).

All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?

The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

  1. Please can I book for 2 people (Jane H. and David H.) for a Luxury Refreshing Massage (60 mins) on Tuesday 23 March from 1430 onwards – cost Euro 184. I am having difficulty doing this via your website. I will pay with credit card. If Tuesday 23.3.20 is not available, we are free any time on Sunday 22 March until 1700 or Tuesday 24 March from 1430 onwards. Thank you

  2. Had a fantastic experience at the baths, came away feeling very mellow and relaxed. Well worth the visit.

    Just one thing went slightly against the grain – people taking photos and selfies in the pool area was somewhat intrusive. We would have expected the baths to be a technology free area.

      We are sorry to hear, however, that the number of selfies disturbed your relaxation somewhat.
      There is no policy in place at the moment that would prohibit guests using their smartphones, however, this topic may be reviewed by management. Thank you for your note.

    I want to come tomorrow to visit your baths and spa.
    Unfortunately i dont have sandals with me.Can i rent to the spa sandals and how will it cost? Thank you.

    • Hello, Flip flops /slippers are required to be worn in the whole area of the bath. If you do not have your own, you can buy a pair in the entrance hall shop for appr. HUF 2000.

  4. Hello, we booked our massage packages for April 5th but due to an issue with our flight need to change the date. Also, we did not book a double massage (could not find the option) but would like to have that. How can we do these changes to our booking? Thanks

      Thank you for your comment. If you would like to have massages, we would recommend booking online as appointments sell out fast, otherwise, tickets can be bought on the spot as well.

    i just purchased 13 tickets with a locker for 7th March 2020.

    Unfortunately I purchased weekday tickets.
