Check in at Gellert Spa
The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.
Opening hours:
9 am – 7 pm every day.
Your ticket is valid from 9 am to 7 pm for the requested date (last entry 5.50pm)

Have a lovely time in the Spa!
Hi,
We would like to book a Private Bath for the evening (1900 hrs) April 14th. Is it available at that time? We are flying in from London, UK in the afternoon and thought a Private Bath would be a good way to begin our holiday.
Thank you,
Hello Iwan,
yes, indeed, booking the Private Bath in Gellert spa is a good kick-off for your holiday.
There are still available time slots left for the afternoon of 14 April, but, I am afraid, the latest appointment is 4pm every day.
Please note that the Private Bath package does not include entry to the public facilities including the public pools. If you wish to enter all of the area of Gellert Spa, please book tickets / massage treatments separately.
For booking, please follow:

Have a lovely time in Gellert Spa Budapest.
Hello, we would like to know if there’s some place where we can put our suitcases. We wanted to visit the spa our last day in Budapest before we take the plane home but is it possible to put our suitcases somewhere? Perhaps the lockers are big enough? We only have hand luggage and a backpack. Thank you!
Hello Eline,
we suggest you buy Tickets with Cabins, so you can store the luggage in the cabin.
The cabin is like a tiny room, or cubicle, which can store a standard check in suitcase easily.
The cabin size is approx. that of a dressing room in a clothes shop, so you can leave there the 20 kg suitcase as well ( if it is a regular size) along with your jackets etc.
The door of the cabin has a unique chip code lock, which opens and closes with a special waterproof bracelet: in fact, with the chip incorporated in the wristband bath entry provided at the bath. Please make sure that your door is locked with the silicon wristband before leaving the cabin. As you are wearing the band all the times, it is quite secure if you make sure that the door is not left open. Please do make sure. Unfortunately, there is no insurance for the cabins, so if you wish to buy a safe, you need to pay for it at the cashier.
Enjoy your stay in Budapest!
If we book tickets just for the pools and then we need to change plans – are they exchangeable for a different day or refundable? Thank you!
Hello PJ,
normally, the order can not be cancelled, however, if you contact us in advance, we are able to change the booking or even consider a refund.
As our management can make a decision individually for each case it is not possible to confirm you anything in advance.
Thank you for your kind understanding.
Have a nice stay in Budapest!
Hi, we are a family of five with two children age 1 and 6, is there anything for the children to do since they can’t really go into the pool?
Hello Chow Yee,
unfortunately, there are no play corners for kids, there are benches around the pools.

Enjoy your stay in Budapest!
Hello, Im coming to Budapest on April the 17th, I want to book 2 tickets with deep tissue massage, but all the money im bringing is in cash, can I book online then pay when I get there? Or do I HAVE to pay online?
Thank you
Dear Laura,
unfortunately we cannot take booking via email only pre-paid through the online booking system. Massage places are limited, and fill up quickly, so it is very unlikely to get an appointment on the same day. Thank you for your understanding.
