The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

Hello, we would like to visit next week. We are a family of 4: our children are 11 ( a boy) and 13 ( a girl). Please can you tell us what the children will be allowed to do with us?vIt says the thermal waters are not recommended for those over 14, but if we are happy to take responsibility, are they allowed to get in ? We are both doctors!

children over 14 are welcome to the Spa, but for kids under 14 years of age the pools are not recommended. Should the parents decide to visit Gellert Spa despite this, families may arrive with children at their own responsibility.

it is highly suggested to book in advance, if you wish to book a massage.
Payment can be made by a standard bank card, using the interface of paypal (you do not need to have or open a paypal account or paypal card).
After filling in and submitting the booking form, please just use the PayPal Guest Checkout / check out as a Guest option, where you can enter the details of your bank card.

if you wish to visit the Spa without bathing and using any other facilities, we can recommend you to attend to a guided tour.
There is a guided tour in Gellert Spa every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 11am and 3pm. The visitor ticket is HUF 2,000 per person. No advance booking is required.

yes, it is possible. In this case please book 2 single massages (45min or 60min), and please add in the booking form that you wish to be in the same room. Please note that 20min massages are always held in separate rooms.
