The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

Hi,
I am trying to book a ticket with a 45 min deep tissue massage for the 16th of August at 11am . But it won’t let me pay with credit card it is forcing me to sign up for Paypal and I don’t want to do that. Can I not just pay by credit card or is Paypal the only option? And if I can how do I get around that as I have selected pay with credit card and it won’t let me submit without sigining up for Paypal underneath.

I’m afraid we haven’t received any valid booking from you online (confirmations are only generated after successful payment has been registered for the tickets or the massages). In the meantime, unfortunately, all massages in Gellert Spa & Bath have been already booked up for today and we would not be able to offer you an appointment (but it is a good idea to check with the cashier again, as there may have been some last minute cancellations / re-schedules).

If the morning appointments are booked up we can offer you appointments after the cruise program or on the next day.

Hello I’m trying to buy a pass to use the pools August 3rd, but cannot select that date on the calendar. Is it because all of the passes have been sold for that day? I am looking to get 6 passes with lockers. Is that possible for that day?

During the Sziget Festival, between 7 and 13 August 2019, tickets and massages will only available to be booked on the spot of the spa. The only exception to this is the bath party on August 10 Saturday night after 10 pm in Szechenyi Spa Baths.
