The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

If I purchase a full day ticket, can I leave the spa and return later that same day on the same ticket?
Also, I understand that you open at 6am but the pre-booking is only from 9am. Can I arrive before 9am if I pre-book or is it better just to arrive early in the morning without a booking and pay as I enter? Can I use credit card if I do this?

The Gellert spa entry tickets are for 1 entry only and for the whole day, you cannot leave and then come back the same day.
If you wish to arrive before 9am, you need to buy your tickets on the spot.

Hi, I just booked 2 tickets for Oct 16th, but haven’t received a confirmation email (and checked spam). I have received the paypal email, confirming my purchase.

do you mean the wave outdoor pool? It is indeed open until the end of October.
The other outdoor pool, the thermal Sitting Pool (temperature 36°C) is open every day.
