The QR code check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets: at the Online Check In Desk you will redeem your waterproof wrist band in exchange of the QR code tickets. It means a expedited entry service as the QR codes are instantly read and there is no need to join the queues at the Cashier, just head on to the Online Check In Reception Desk. In a similar vein, if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code / Fast Track Online Check In team with your digital or printed QR Code (it may help to bring along your confirmation email too to avoid any confusion if you are a first time visitor).
After check-in, your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).
All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?
The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

I have booked a ticket for a “Double Royal Thermal Massge 45 minutes & 2 tickets & 2 GS Cabins €155”, which i have paid for using paypal.
I’ve not recieved the tickest yet – only the paypal confirmation of paymeet.
This is for 10:30 on Friday 27th September.

We want to visit the Gellért Thermal Bath om sunday 22/09/2019 with 5 persons. What are the opening hours? 06am? Can we just buy tickets at the desk?

thank you for your question. Gellert Spa & Thermal Baths is open every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, from 6 am – 8 pm. If you would like to enter the baths in the early morning, you can buy tickets on the spot. Our entry tickets (with fast track entry) are only valid from 9 am onwards.

I have booked a Hungarian mud massage and an aroma 60 minute massage for Monday 23rd September at 14.25 pm can I still book on line so that I do not have to queue and if so should I just leave a comment stating I have booked massages but they said not to pay over phone

Once we get your booking, we will try out best to book you in for the same time, or the nearest available, and please note that massage appointments are subject to availability.
