Enjoy a thermal relaxation in Gellert Spa with improved services such as expedited QR code check in and advance bookings of spa treatments with a special check-in at the QR code readers, dedicated to all of our online customers, exclusively.

The QR code reader self-check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets. It means a expedited entry service, so if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code reader with your printed email confirmation (or you might use it with a smartphone).

After check-in your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).

All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?

The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

    My friends and are are planning on visiting on Saturday 23rd November. There will be 8 of us and we would like to arrange 45 minute massages during our visit. Do you have the availability between 10am and 1pm for all of us to have massages?

  2. Hello. Is there luggage storage available at the baths? We would just have small carry on bags. Thank you

      The size of the locker is 120x30x65 cm (1200 x 300 x 650 mm), so it might be enough for your bags.
      However, if you’d like some more space, we suggest the tickets with cabins for you.
      The cabin is like a tiny room, or cubicle, which can store a standard check in suitcase easily.
      The cabin size is approx. that of a dressing room in a clothes shop, so you can leave there even a 20 kg suitcase as well ( if it is a regular size) along with your jackets etc.
      The door of the cabin has a unique chip code lock, which opens and closes with a special waterproof bracelet: in fact, with the chip incorporated in the wristband bath entry provided at the bath. Please make sure that your door is locked with the silicon wristband before leaving the cabin. As you are wearing the band all the times, it is quite secure if you make sure that the door is not left open.
      The lockers are also opened and closed by your wristband.

  3. I booked a massage on your website for Saturday, October 26 at 17:15. I received the payment receipt, but never a confirmation email of my massage time or a ticket as I read that I should have. Can you please help me?

  5. My wife and I are planning on coming at 6 AM on 16 November 2019. We are staying at the hotel. Do you recommend we book in advance for that time? How do we obtain the 30% discount as a hotel guest? Thank you for your time.

      thank you for your question. The discount can only be used for tickets bought at the cashier. Unfortunately, it is not valid for online bookings.

    I just booked 3 tickets with locker for 3th of november, Serge Goderie. I got a confirmation from PayPall that the payment was accepted, but didn’t receive any etickets.

    Should we just present ourselves at 5 pm with this mail or are we going to receive etickets?
