Gellert Spa Help Desk

Enjoy a thermal relaxation in Gellert Spa with improved services such as expedited QR code check in and advance bookings of spa treatments with a special check-in at the QR code readers, dedicated to all of our online customers, exclusively.

Opening Hours

9 am – 7 pm every day of the week (except holidays)

Check in at Gellert Spa

The QR code reader self-check-in point awaits guests who have pre-booked bath tickets. It means a expedited entry service, so if you book your ticket or massage online, you don’t have to join the lines at the cashier, just approach the QR code reader with your printed email confirmation (or you might use it with a smartphone).

After check-in your thermal bath e-ticket will be exchanged with a waterproof wristband, which will be your actual chip enabled key to your cabin as well (the wrist watch style silicon band includes a little chip).

All of the massage packages in Gellert Baths include the bath entry with fast track, skip the line access to all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and of course your very own private area, the bath cabin used for storage and getting changed. – massages are currently not available on our website

Book your massage now and secure your preferred massage hours on the following page: Massages in Gellert Spa

How to find the check in point for expedited QR code entries and online reservations?

The check in point (green dot on the map) can be approached from the Main Entrance (shown with a red dot in the map). As Gellert Bath has its own entrance, independent from the entrance of Hotel Gellert, the best way to find us easily is to stand with your back to the river Danube, and enter the Gellert building on the right hand side, by the Gellert Hill.

Opening hours:

9 am – 7 pm every day.

Your ticket is valid from 9 am to 7 pm for the requested date (last entry 5.50pm)

  1. We may be coming through Viking River Cruises. I am trying to find out if I can shower WITH my suit on or must put the suit onto a wet body; in Iceland, they required a shower without the suit. It is harder to put on a women’s suit when already wet. Thank you for answering this very simple question.

    • Hello Karen,
yes, you can use the showers in a swimming costume.
Hope we can welcome you at Gellert Spa!

  2. I am trying to book online tickets to fast path the line for Thursday August 18, however I am not finding the place on the website to actually purchase tickets. There is no place to actually purchase tickets under the “tickets tab” on the website, unless I an doing something incorrect. If I am able to purchase tickets online in advance, can you send me a weblink to do so?

    Thank you

    • Hello Gary,
booking on our website is currently not available. You can buy entries upon arrival at the spa.
We will also email you with more options.

    Aviv.

  5. we want to visit on 19th Sept 22 – will you be open?

  6. Hi
Is it allowed for a woman to wear a swim top and trunks/shorts?

    • Hello Sarara,
swimming tops and short-style bikini bottoms are accepted.
Swimming tops have to be like surfer’s tops, so swimwear material.
Thank you for your kind understanding.
